These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Vihar Exports websites, digital products, SaaS products, CRM, ERP, mobile app development, AI automation, WhatsApp Business API solutions, support services, partner portals, payment pages, and related services. By using our website, placing an order, making a payment, or requesting services, you agree to these terms.
We provide technology services including CRM, SaaS, ERP, mobile and web application development, AI assistants, sales automation, customer support bots, lead generation systems, workflow automation, integrations, cyber security support, digital products, licenses, and custom business solutions. Specific scope, timelines, deliverables, support level, and pricing may be defined in a quotation, invoice, proposal, email, or written agreement.
Payments must be made through approved payment methods or payment links. Custom payment amounts may be used for advance payments, invoice balances, milestones, renewals, or amounts shared by our team. Taxes, bank charges, gateway charges, currency conversion, or third-party fees may apply where relevant.
Digital products, scripts, licenses, SaaS access, source files, or hosted solutions may be delivered through download links, dashboards, email, repository access, deployment, or managed hosting. Lifetime free service, where offered, generally covers reasonable bug fixes and basic support for the purchased product, and does not automatically include new custom features, major redesigns, third-party paid services, infrastructure bills, data entry, marketing, or work outside the original scope.
You agree not to misuse our website, APIs, AI tools, support systems, or products. You must not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering where prohibited, malware distribution, spam, illegal messaging, abusive automation, fraudulent transactions, scraping, attacks, or any use that violates applicable law, third-party policies, Meta/WhatsApp policies, AI provider policies, payment provider rules, or cloud provider terms.
Our solutions may integrate services from providers such as Meta, WhatsApp, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Claude/Anthropic, Cloudflare, payment gateways, email services, analytics tools, and other vendors. Third-party availability, pricing, approval, limits, downtime, policy changes, and account restrictions are outside our full control. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you use.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, data, trademarks, customer lists, messages, credentials, access tokens, API keys, and materials you provide are accurate, lawful, and authorized for use. You should protect passwords, rotate access when needed, and avoid sharing sensitive secrets through public or insecure channels.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Vihar Exports retains ownership of its pre-existing code, frameworks, templates, tools, methods, documentation, brand assets, know-how, and reusable components. After full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to use delivered work for the intended business purpose. Third-party software, open-source packages, and licensed services remain governed by their own licenses.
We work to provide stable and secure services, but websites, hosting, APIs, payment gateways, AI models, and third-party systems may experience maintenance, downtime, limits, bugs, or external disruptions. We may update, patch, suspend, or restrict services when necessary for security, legal, billing, or operational reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vihar Exports is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business loss damages, including lost profits, data loss, downtime, missed leads, third-party service failure, or reputational loss. Our total liability for a paid service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service if there is non-payment, abuse, policy violation, illegal activity, security risk, or misuse of our systems. You may stop using our services at any time, but outstanding invoices, completed work, activated licenses, third-party charges, and non-refundable items remain payable.
